When Tony founded McKenna Smith Wessex eight years ago he was sure that his corporate business experience would enable him to get established and run an efficient business easily and quickly giving him a steady secure income and lots of free time – the perfect lifestyle business.
The reality was different. Like almost every other business owners Tony made lots of mistakes. Although he was very good at what he did which was sales coaching, there were many other aspects of running a business which he struggled with.
